All air is removed when there is no more hissing sound and water comes out of the flush valve.
6. Rinse the cartridge for at least 2-3 minutes (approx. 30 liters).
7. Close the flush valve.
8. Open the shut-off valves in the filtered water line (B and Eo).
The Seccua BioFilter is now ready for use.
9. In the first hour of use, remove remaining air from the biofilter at regular intervals by pushing the red button on the housing lid.
NOTICE You can not use the combined shut-off valves on the biofilter (Ei and Eo) to shut off the water. Closing these two valves will cause the water to flow through the valve bypass, directly from the feed water to the filtered water line. This water will not pass through the filter!
