Unscrew the Räyn and check the sealing ring. Retighten threaded fitting of the Räyn |
Water leaking between upper and lower part of Räyn |
Seal displaced during assembly. Seal defective. Bolts not fully tightened during assembly. |
Disassemble Räyn and check the seal. Disassemble the Räyn, check the seal and, if necessary, contact support. Tighten the bolts. |
Water leaking at hose connection. |
Shower hose seal is displaced. Hose not attached tight enough. |
Unscrew the hose and check the seat of the seal. Tighten the hose. |
There is too little/no water |
Inlet water pressure is too low. |
Increase the inlet water pressure. |
Inlet water flow is gradually decreasing. |
Rust, or other particles block the filters. |
Replace the filters. |
